How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SudokuVerse Pro → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SudokuVerse Pro → Cancel.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the in-app paywall and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

I lost my streak — can I get it back?

Streaks reset when you miss a day. Unfortunately we can't restore them, but a new streak starts the next day you play.

My Elo is wrong / I think I was banned unfairly.

Email support@sudokuverse.app with your display name. We'll investigate.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@sudokuverse.app from the address linked to your account and we'll permanently delete your data within 30 days.
