By downloading, installing, or using SudokuVerse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SudokuVerse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform you obtained the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
SudokuVerse Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited competitive games and removes ads.
No refunds for any unused portion of a subscription term once activated, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (b) use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantage in competitive modes; (c) submit content that is illegal, harassing, or infringing; (d) attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts engaged in cheating, exploitation, or repeated forfeits used to manipulate rankings.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., profile avatars), but grant SudokuVerse a license to display it within the App for normal product functionality.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudokuVerse disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SudokuVerse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
